Behnaz joined instinct with a strong background in music licensing. her career began at SOCAN where she moved to, and grew with, Entandem: a SOCAN and Re:Sound licensing joint-venture. she specialized in concerts and general licensing, climbing up the food chain to Team Lead of Operations. throughout, she’s led national portfolios, coached account managers, and tackled escalations with equal parts strategy and empathy. she knows how to balance the big picture with the small details, how to manage expectations, and never underestimates the power of asking (almost too many) questions.

Michael has placed thousands of songs in tv shows, feature films and documentaries, seen and heard around the world. he has been working in the music/film/tv industries for 20+ years. Michael has been asked to moderate and speak on panels around the world, including: Sweden, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Poland, Miami, New York, Cannes, Halifax, Toronto. he is the past president and co-founder of the Guild of Music Supervisors, Canada, a 4-time Canadian Sync Awards recipient for his work on "The Handmaid’s Tale" and "North of North”, and a GMS Award winner for his work on the indie film, “The Cuban”.
'MP' is also an avid Toronto Maple Leafs fan, loves to travel and will never pass up a long walk on a beach (as he’s never near one).
